Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.
Movies like this only pisses you off, a stereotypical American hunter dad brings his spoiled nagging brat into the woods and videodocuments their journey with his friend. A pure rubbish script, poor acting even from Brolin. No fun as it tries to be. Avoid it's a flick for the brain dead's.
I absolutely loved this movie! Not only are there some great father and son bonding moments, but there is a great cast and some good comedy too.
This film tells the story of a hunter who takes his son for a hunting trip for bonding.The film features stunning scenery, and a lot of believable human interactions. It is a good film describing bonding. The boy is quite convincing as a spoiled kid, and the father makes a lot of effort to bond with the son. I enjoyed watching it.
I don't think I would like it but it was ok. Entertaining. The boy wasn't the best actor though
