Laura is a Chicago marketing executive sent to oversee a small mid-west town cook-off and entice Jim, the local barbecue joint owner, to let her license his family's secret BBQ sauce. Truly Dreadful Film
Blending excellent reporting and strong storytelling, this is a disturbing film truly stranger than fiction
There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.
