Copi (2020)
Renê, 35, a receptionist at a hotel during the night and supplements his income by making nozzles to pay a pension for his 6-year-old son. Copi, 41, is an amateur, Argentinian, transvestite artist who makes her living on the night of Balneário Camboriú. The path of the must crosses and an unlikely friendship is born as quickly as it is interrupted.

Don't listen to the Hype. It's awful
The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.
It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.
All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
