Werner has been with the company for a long time and is a real leader - someone who says when he doesn't like something. This doesn't always go down well with his superior Dorn - a former refuse collector who has made it to the top. What nobody suspects yet: Dorn is planning modernization measures.

Highly Overrated But Still Good
Excellent and certainly provocative... If nothing else, the film is a real conversation starter.
Amazing worth wacthing. So good. Biased but well made with many good points.
I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
