Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.
While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.
One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
Made for about £25,000 Love Me Till Monday is never going to be a masterpiece but it is sweet, funny and touching, if a little odd! The oddness comes from some rather poor improvising and the odd casting of Tim Plester (or maybe it is just the glasses he wears). The film is worth your attention for a really very good performance by Georgia Maguire - she carries the film. It is also worth your attention because it is British and tries to explore real emotions and vulnerabilities.
