It's the year 3000 and a nuclear war has turned the earth into a desert wasteland. A group of survivors living in a cave run out of water and desperately need to locate a new supply. The last guy they sent out to find water never returned, and now his 10 year old son Timmy wants to join the next search team. They think they know where there's an untapped well of water, but to get there they have to travel through dangerous terrain controlled by a savage gang of motorcyclists under the bloodthirsty reign of 'Crazy Bull'. On their mission, Timmy and his team run into a lonesome stranger named Alien (Robert Iannucci) who may be able to help them against the marauding motorcyclists. Can the struggling survivors looking for water in this barren world defeat Crazy Bull and his exterminating minions? Hang on tight - the battle has just begun!

I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.

Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.

It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.

Everything you really want from this kind of film (minus nudity possibly). Alien is a hard headed but love-able warrior of the wasteland, who ends up joining a young cyborg in a quest for water to bring back to the boy's peaceful commune. The two are accompanied by Alien's (long time?) frienamie, the beautiful but rugged "Trash" and a lovable retired astronaut. The crew must face a roving car gang, who's leader uses the word "mudder" pretty frequently, as well as doomsday water cultists(?) and the unforgiving desert of the post apocalyptic future. The movie of course takes its cues from (read rips off) Mad Max as well as a few other Sci-Fi classics. There is plenty of possibly unintentional humor, corny action and entertaining 80s schlock. The dub falls out of place a little at times but its watchable all the way through. In a world of TurboKid and Fury Road, its a little easier to get other people to watch these kind of fun trashy films. Getting them to stick around for most of it is another story. This title has great pacing for a film of its type and would make a great intro in to the genre for that friend who likes some of the Neo-Trash like Turbokid but maybe wouldn't make it through Battletruck or Bronx Warriors.

I really enjoyed this movie. First off, there is an excellent chase scene towards the beginning of the movie. There is also terrible dubbing, especially with Crazy Bulls character. The plot revolves around a group of people who desperately need water. they send out an expedition to try and find out what happened to Tommy's dad and to find some water. Along the way the crew is ambushed by Crazy Bulls gang (excellent chase scene), and Tommy is captured by Crazy Bull. Crazy Bull starts torturing Tommy, and we find out Tommy has android-like qualities. Alien, a drifter, much in the vein of Mad Max who doesn't care initially about Tommy and his mission, rescues him. Tommys arm is modified so he can throw stuff extra far and hard. Alien meets up with an old flame, Trash at a junkyard where Tommys arm is fixed, and together they help Tommy on his mission for water. This is a highly enjoyable movie, and has almost no dull spots. Very heavily influenced by the Road Warrior, but it doesn't stop one from enjoying it.

Yep, this is it. The worst movie I've seen, and I've seen some awful movies (like the entire Deathstalker series). Whereas other bad movies at least give you something to laugh at via bad acting or sorry effects, this movie has nothing even laugh worthy. be prepared to sit and stare through ever-heavier eyelids that lull you toward sleep as you watch the saga of some dude with a perm wearing a headband. I would recommend that marvel of cinematic storytelling, "The Screaming Skull" before I would subject an innocent soul to the boredom of this movie. Steer clear, unless you're a masochist, in which case you might fall asleep before enduring any pain.

Robert Jannuci,Luca Venantini, Venantino Venantini, Alicia Moro (two stars are from CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD (I wonder what Luca is doing these days, probably a lawyer or something, like Bela Lugosi Jr. or David Hennessey there kid from dark shadows who wants to forget dark shadows existed). Anyway, in the Thorn EMI video there's no music over the opening credits . . . but the music is great once it comes in . . . with the Italian movies the films aren't as good as the music . . . my favorite scene is with the boy with the robot arm following loner-Alien through the desert. Alien says why are you following me. Tommy answers because i feel like it . . . Alien replies which way are you headed Tommy says West then Alien says well, I'm going east. So after a while of walking, the theme playing in the background Alien looks up and sees Tommy sitting on a rock petting a pet hamster . . . tommy looks up and says to Alien, what took you so long . . . I love this movie . . . It touches my heart. The boy with the robot arm needs a daddy and Alien is drafted in to being Tommy's daddy in the desert . . . oh yeah, they need water too . . . not THE ROAD WARRIOR (MAD MAX 2) by any means but a silly western/post nuke movie with a boy with a robot arm and Alien and Trash and a few other good guys with a mean chick with an iron claw and CRAZY BULL who looks like Wez in the Road warrior . . .on Sunday afternoons on channel 57 (philadelphia, PA) after church i'd come home and find this on . . . often . . . too often. Love it. 10/10
