It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.

The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.

I have watched a lot of found footage film and I am a big fan of demonic activity in the movies so this film had a lot of potential for me... OMG how wrong I was. Bless them for trying, it seems to me like a bunch of mates have got together and made their own rubbish version of a horror movie, which if that was the case I would applaud... however this movie had a 10,000 dollar budget... someone bought a whole lot of drugs with that money!

I never leave reviews for movies here, but I just had to leave one for this movie. Camera Phone probably could have been a great movie but the story was cliche, the acting was horrible, and it was just bad all around. If I would have heard "And Um" one more time I was going to scream. Please for the love of God, don't waste your time and brain cells on this movie. PLEASE!!!!!!

CAMERA PHONE is another indie horror effort shot via the medium of CCTV footage and then filmed segments with a mobile phone's built-in camera. Sadly, this is the only creative part of the feature, which is otherwise a bog-standard mystery with very little of note taking place. The story is centred around a party in an abandoned warehouse but the horror content is virtually nil. The nadir of the film is the ten minute-long filmed segment at the party in which the camera guy crawls around on his hands and knees to film women from behind. High art? Nope. Creepy? And then some.
