I am a huge fan of the AVGN. I still like to watch his videos and still keep up. I actually bought this on vimeo a few years back and I wanna say it is awful. I understand it was a low budget film but that has absolutely nothing to do with its bad writing. The Angry Video Game Nerd was funny, but this movie was like pre-school humor.Maybe if I were like 7 I would've been rolling at this movie, but it's awful. The plot was interesting but the humor is not there. I give it 3 stars because he succeeded at making an extremely cringy masterpiece.

Why even bother to make a movie about a character who curses at old video games? if the makers of it were smart they would have created something new.the whole thing was such a missed opportunity.i mean they could have still used the character in a different context. the storytelling aspect is even worse.if this is supposed to be a comedy then why isn't it even funny? have these people really such a lame sense of humour? this movie is not funny nor entertaining nor does it have any artistic value.so what is the point of it??? in conclusion this entire project was a bad idea and i doubt that they will ever get that much money again to make another one.

Yes, the movie is not perfect, but I really enjoyed it. It's better than most of the comedy movies we get anyway.I think it was the bad idea to have that many bad effects in the last part of the movie with too many ridiculous things that are happening. It should have been more realistic until the end because first half of the movie was quite realistic compare to the ending. So I think the problem are not effects or other stuff, because it kept the feeling of AVGN, but the problem is consistency through out the whole movie.Overall, I think it's pretty cool movie, that I've never seen before, so good work!To the haters: I don't understand you, most of you don't make any sense. You don't like things that what this movie makes of what it is. It's like saying "I hate this horror movie because it's scared me".

First of all, the script is very bad written, the whole movie is not funny at all and the argument is very confusing, with a lot of cliché jokes and not funny old phrases. There's only a couple of moments you can laugh but you have to be very open minded to like even a segment of this movie. It becomes so boring that is unwatchable at times, and i understand the low budget, but that's not excuse for the awful special effects, it looks like a joke movie, something unfinished, or something made by a couple of amateur high school students. The actors are not professionals, and i don't think they know how to act in a movie. The dialogues are very poor and pathetic, it makes me want to turn off my computer. Overall, the movie was a failure, James was OK only with his avgn youtube episodes, now he should realize that he's not a Hollywood celebrity, he is just a great youtube comedian. The movie deserves no more than 1 point, but i added 1 extra point because i really like his avgn youtube episodes. 2/10
