In an era where everyone loves music too much, talk about it, obsess about it, yet few actually get it. XOXO brilliantly captures all that. It brings to life spectacularly the 'fear' musicians face, where technology dictates music more and more by the hour, replacing talent. In a fast paced chaos of materiels, music is the only 'real' left, that keeps us all going. Music is one thing which still is all about passion! XOXO is deep for those who look for it!

I watched this movie because of Hayley Kyoko. She's an exciting, fun young actress/singer/writer/producer/director who does a lot of interesting projects. I always look forward to what she's going to do next.This is a fun movie. It portrays the experiences of several unrelated groups as they attend a huge music festival called "XOXO". Imagine the perfect music festival with great music and thousands of wacky people just letting it go and dancing and having a good time. This was the backdrop to the movie.The main characters are interesting as well. Cute Sarah Hyland plays a young lady going to the event with friends. Hayley's character attends the event with her boyfriend who is going away to college the next day. Another guy is the son of a hardworking, demanding father who attends the event to support a friend who is performing. All very interesting characters with interesting story developments and a whole lot of fun.Recommended

I mean what do you guys expected? Just watching the trailer you knew that is was going to be a unrealistic story about love and everything would fall into place at the end. That's what happened but since I knew what I was going to watch I really enjoyed this movie, I watched it because I love EDM music and I attend a lot of these events, it made me feel nostalgic and missing all these good moments I had at these festivals. You are watching a movie about a story in a music festival, what you wanted more? it can't be more researched, all they wanted was to make edm festival lovers to feel good and that's exactly how I felt. Its a 8/10 since the movie is for a pretty close market, all of these movie expert won't like a movie like this since all they do is watch movie and can't understand the feelings and the emotion you get in these parties so they won't feel anything watching this.

This is a short and sweet movie with an infectious positive feel and a great soundtrack. It's an easy watch that is good fun with some laugh out loud moments. XOXO is not blow your mind amazing but worth a watch on a lazy day. The acting is pretty good and there are some beautiful visuals involved. Especially good if you've been to a festival as it shows festivals for the drug crazy mad places that they often are, just with a lot more mud than in this movie! XOXO handles the multiple story lines quite well, but more emphasis on the older guy's story would be better.Some finer details in the plot seemed to be brushed over but it's understandable as there are multiple plots occurring. Overall this is one of the best things Sarah Hyland has done outside of Modern Family.
