The major sub-plot circles around the youngest Griffin, Stewie, who has a near-death experience at a pool when a lifeguard chair falls on him, but he survives. After having a vision of being in Hell, he decides to change his ways, but this doesn't last long. While watching television, he and Brian spot a man that looks like Stewie. Brian is convinced that he is Stewie's real father, until Stewie learns that the man is actually himself as an adult, taking a vacation from his own time period. Baby Stewie visits thirty years later to discover that his adult self, going by the name Stu, is a single blue-collar middle-aged virgin working at a Circuit City-type store. Meanwhile, Peter and Lois are trying to teach their two older kids, Meg and Chris, to date. In the future, Chris, who hasn't changed much, is working as a cop and is married to a foul-mouthed hustler named Vanessa. Meg is now called Ron, since she had a sex-change after college.

It's a good bad... and worth a popcorn matinée. While it's easy to lament what could have been...

I don't know how successful TV series was but this movie is not that good its not funny and is worser then TV series yes I am saying the same thing I thought the TV series was bad enough but when I saw this I was shocked it was the same as the TV series first the characters are annoying like in TV series and is just as bad in TV series the only reason why I wanted to see this if it is worser then TV series and the songs are cheesy like son of the mask and is dull and stupid like son of the mask and I have to say but this movie and son of the mask where the worse movies of 2005 I can't think why some one could make a movie like this so bad I could make a movie with a toy car racing a toy train. So if you where don't watch this movie never see it and its overrated junk any way and stupid and cheesy. This movie gets 0 haft out 10 reason why I say that because I hate this movie as well show and I think it could of darn better with plot from begging to the end over all a waste of time very poor

I have that movie and it is so funny. The first part in the movie is very funny. The Kool Aid guy is funny with Drew Barrymore, Cleveland Brown, and the Greased Up Deaf Guy. This movie is about a untold story of Stewie himself in the future where he sees Stewie as a grown up. So the Griffen's went to a pool. Peter Griffen knew that there was a new store in Quahog. So Peter Griffen thinks of a very good TV show with the channel 5 Action News station. His show will be (Do You Know What Grinds Your Gears). So then Tom Tucker got fired. Stewie stops drinking and then gets drunk. So then Brian takes Stewie to the Drunken Clam to get him more drunk. Just then the car was crashed into the Drunken Clam when they got drunk. So the Channel 5 News was on to tell the story what has happen. Then another show of What Really Grinds My Gears the last part and then gets fired then says F word and sensors it. This movie is funny you will like Peter Griffen's funny show even more.

When the youngest of the family, Baby Stewie Griffen (Voiced by Steh MacFarlane) and the family dog:Brian (Voiced also by MacFarlane) watched television. But they find themselves looking in the television, what it seems to the old version of Stewie. Which they are surprised to see. Stewie thinks that this look-alike is his father. Which this mysterious person is from San Francisco. Which Baby Stewie and Brian travel to San Francisco trying to find this mysterious guy. Baby Stewie finally meets him, it is actually his future-self. This older Stewie isn't quite what Baby Stewie imagined to be, when he will be older. Baby Stewie tries to give this older Stewie much confidence.Directed by Pete Michels and Peter Shin made an crude, occasional mean-spirited but an amusing vulgar comedy. Which is based on the television animated show from "Fox". This film is actually cleverly pieced together from the previous episodes, it has amusing subplots but it also has some awful racial stereotypes as well. This has the most flashbacks of any features in recent memory.DVD has an sharp Pan & Scan (1.33:1) transfer and an good-Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound. This DVD also the choice to choose between the censored language selection or the uncensored dubbed as well. DVD has an running commentary track by the cast & filmmakers, animatic comparison and previews. This has many special-guests vocal performances as well. Die Hard fans of the T.V. Series should enjoy this more than the average viewer. Others viewers beware. (*** 1/2 out of *****).

Having seen hell, Stewie decides to be nice but it is not long before the façade crumbles and instead he decides to spend his days drunk. Brian attempts to teach him a lesson but only succeeds in losing Peter his "normal guy complaining about trivial issues" job on the local cable station. Meanwhile Lois bemoans her lack of privacy and tries to get their kids into the opposite sex to get them out of the house more often. Distracted, they don't spot that Stewie and Brian have joined Quagmire's Cross "Cuntry" trip in a quest to find Stewie's real father. As a fan of the series I tuned in to the film hoping for it to be the quality of the series. After a slow start I twigged that this was really three episodes woven together with some supporting material which, as someone who enjoys the series shouldn't have been a problem. All the best bits of the series are there in the target-audience film and cultural reference (the two Star Wars ones were my favourite) as well as imaginative crudity. I laughed out loud several times even though the actual plot was consistently pretty weak across the whole film. This is a valid criticism because of the length of the film. With the episodes the asides ("like the time I") come thick and fast and easily cover the plot to the point where nobody watches for the stories, just the laughs. However with the film the hits are spread a bit thinner and as a result it does occasionally feel a bit baggy (giggly) and I remember sometimes waiting for the next laugh. So I agree with those fans that thought this was not as good as the series, not because I'm a precious fanboy with unrealistic expectations and a rose-tinted memory but because it didn't entertain me as much as I would have liked. That said I'm glad I watched it and it did enough for me as I imagine it will do for those who enjoy the series. Viewers will rightly feel that it could have been funnier or more consistent but with a handful of great moments and a scattering of good ones it is still worth a look.
