Truly Dreadful Film
Surprisingly incoherent and boring
I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible
It's a good bad... and worth a popcorn matinée. While it's easy to lament what could have been...
This is the funniest horror movie I have ever watched. It starts off as a light comedy, but becomes darker humor while the movie goes on, as more and more is revealed! For once, a bargain bin movie in my collection has a real plot line, with tangible suspense ! The acting is mostly good, the "southerns" creating a believable ( and sometimes funny ) setting. The mayor of the town ( featured on the box cover ) plays a wide range of emotions, from happy, to shocked, to frustrated. Though the jokes are mostly corny one liners, the settings and situations can make it funnier, or darker, depending on the mood.The horror part was done nicely also. I have seen most of he kills done in other movies before, BUT the way they are done does not shout out "bad cliché", instead they tend to add to the dark mood, and cast the "southerns" in a more villain role as time passes. At the end I was thinking to myself, "Wow this was a decent comedy, and great horror film" !I found a box art error on my DVD case ... on the back, the mayor's eye patch is on the wrong side
A Great Film But Their Was One Thing I Disliked The Singing And Guitar Playing By The Two Men. And It Stars Robert Englund Who Played Freddy Krueger. Lin Shaye (Robert Shaye's Sister.) The Hot Attractive Marla Leigh Malcom. The Hot Attractive Christa Campbell. Eli Roth (The Director Of Hostel The Gay Movie And Cabin Fever Has A Cameo At The Beginning.) Kane Hodder Who Played Jason Voorhees Has A Cameo Towards The Ending. The Two Hot Attractive Girls Kodi Kitchen And Cristin Michele. Their Is Also A Cameo By The Country Singer Travis Tritt At The Beginning. And Their Is Also A Cameo By The Director Himself Tim Sullivan. But Any How This Is Still A Great Film With Lots Of Gore Nudity And Language A Must See Film Way Better Then The Second Film. From Brandon DeVore
i thought this movie was brilliant ... honestly. sure, it may not win any award for best acting but i loved it and honestly the actors were not that bad. but it sure was gruesome fa show, aha. like a guy getting his manhood bit off ... ouch? :D or like a guy getting skewered. yeah, not the most pleasant ways to die in this movie. aha, Robert england was genius. and Bianca smith (leah) is so freaking hot ;] i loved her in this movie aha, she played a sassy Asian and it was so sad when she died. i almost cried. aha, kidding.this movie is a creepy and entertaining flick, you should totally watch it.
Well, at least everyone was killed. This is a pretty crazy zany movie. Uh, but yes of course it is also a bad movie. If you like bad horror movies like me then yes, you'll probably see this. If not, then you should pretty much avoid at all costs. This ridiclious plot involves a few cars happening upon some small town in the middle of nowhere that wants to kill them. Eventually that happens. The acting and plot, as usual in these movies, are really horrible. The production and everything else is OK. I would not pay to see this movie - its free on fearnet right now. Each character is so highly annoying, I said to myself at the beginning of this "film": "Self, I hope every single one of these people gets killed." And lo and behold myself was correct!
