I gave this film a 9 out of 10, because it was exactly what I expected it to be.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

Standard cheapo horror fare with innocents wandering around by themselves in horror-infested old mansions, this entry was obviously filmed in haste on a very limited budget. Admittedly, some of the make- up and horror effects are genuinely terrifying, but often these artifices look both cheap and obvious. On the other hand, Marshall makes an imposing Blacula, and some of the women are rather attractive. The director does what he can with the rather slight and trite script which serves mainly as an excuse to hang the threads on. However, one of the plot's ideas - although derived from Stephen King's "Salem's Lot", does have a suspensefully original twist. The film's editor has obviously spent a lot of time trying to liven things up. And the music score goes all out too!

This is very scary movie. It is sequel to B.l.a.c.u.l.a And it is awesome. It has great acting. It also has a great story line. It also has great special effects. If you like really scary movies. Then you need to see this movie. B.l.a.c.l.a is resurrected by a voodoo witch Doctor. This is one of the scariest movies ever made. Not a great title but don't judge it by that. This a great movie. Great movie great movie great movie. I so running out of this to say. The only people who would not like this movie are people who do not like horror movies. I people who did not see it and do not like title. William Marshall was a great actor. He know to be scary. This movie is a must see. Great Dracula spin off.

Played Perfectly Straight, Despite Some Jive Talk and Enormous Afros, this Sequel is More of the Same Blaxploitation with Clunky Montage and a Very Weak Ending. There are Some Highlights to Go with the Low Lighting, but Most of it is Hokey Humdrum with Pam Grier Wasted as a Shrinking Voodoo Priestess. William Marshall is Again Commanding and is a Towering Presences that Really Does Impose as the Threatening Vampire. There is an Exorcism Scene that is Pure Sexual Symbolism as Grier Goes All Hand-Job on a Voodoo Doll of Blacula as He Seems to be Deriving Pleasure as the Ritual Proceeds Until Coitus-Interruptus. It's Pretty Lame Filmmaking with the Sweaty Pair Bobbing and Weaving Through the Thing that is Made with the Least Bit of Style.Overall, Disappointing and the Climax is Rushed and by the Numbers. The Final Shot is Anything but Money.

William Marshall, Pam Grier, Don Mitchell and Richard Lawson star in this 1973 horror sequel. This begins with a funeral of an elderly priestess. Grier (Foxy Brown, Coffy) plays Lisa Fortier, a young woman who is her adopted heir. Lawson (Poltergeist) plays the woman's son, Willis Daniels who seeks revenge for not being the rightful heir. Soon, he resurrects Mamuwalde aka Blacula (Marshall) using voodoo and becomes one of his vampires. Blacula starts feeding on others and seeks Lisa's help to drive the evil spirit out of him. Mitchell plays Lisa's friend, Justin Carter who is an ex-cop investigating the bodies bitten and disappearing which eventually lead him to Blacula. This sequel is as good as the first and a bit darker. Marshall was great in it as usual as well as Grier. I recommend this.
