I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

Got to see a true bollywood blockbuster after long time. I have been bored of watching SRK , Salman and Akshay in bollywood styled movies. This one comes with new faces , good music ,good comedy , style, powerful dialogues and a good story. This movie has all the contents of a bollywood blockbuster - emotion, comedy , action , drama ,music , dance and an interesting plot . It was treat to watch Tiger Shroff and Kriti Senon as a couple . They should sign more movies together . Aa raat bhar and whistle baja are two good songs with a great dance performance from Tiger . I am hoping that tiger would choose movies wisely and be the next star. Kriti Senon is mind blowing too . She has an attractive face . Not many heroes in bollywood would be able to match her height . This is a must watch if you are a bollywood fan. Heropanti - sabko aati nahi aur meri jaati nahi .

By seeing the rating of the movie I am convinced that the majority of votes are coming from people who have never watched movies that are not covering stupidity with calling itself a Masala genre. First I will discuss the main character. During the whole runtime by brain kept me busy in thinking that how can a guy have such feminine face with such masculine body. The combination is for sure creepy, but the smile of his; which seems to be a fail attempt of looking upbeat have added even more creepiness in the character named 'Bablu'. Bablu apparently is a professional gymnast who just like every Indian hero, can beat entire armies singlehandedly. It must be hard for the screenwriters to add the back story of main character about how they gained such super strength, along with dance songs, dialogues that are not related to plot, romantic scenes where both characters even don't touch, and some cocky lines which always are sexist. I bet that if I will ever ask anyone to remind me the name of this movie by only telling the plot then the person will reply: "Dude, there are thousands of movies that have this story, at least tell me the name of hero." P.S I watched this movie at 1.8X speed with constantly pressing Alt + Right Key on VLC player, still I think that it took me a whole night to finish this movie. If anyone wants to experience the slowing down of time then this type of movie is definitely recommended.

Heropanti is a routine good vs evil flick devoid of story and direction. What works is commendable performances and well-choreographed action stunts. As Babloo ( Tiger Shroff) support his friend who escapes with daughter of local mafia Prakash Raj, he falls in love with the younger daughter Dimpy ( Kirti Sannon) Babloo must fight to protect his friend and at the same time love of his life,Dimpy. Directed by Sabir Khan, whose previous work includes disastrous Kambakth Isqh, Heropanti is a typical love story we have seen on Indian screen ample number of times. The screenplay is poor with immature romantic track causing hindrance to the movement of the film. The director had made sure to make a masala potboiler for front- benchers and creates a senseless caper. The whistle tone ( originated from the HERO starring Jackie Shroff) irritates as it is repeated innumerable times the moment Tiger Shroff comes on-screen. Cinematography is eye-catching. Editing could have been better. However , action sequences played by Tiger Shroff , dialogues with witty one-liners are good. Hats off to Tiger for executing the near- to-perfection action scenes without any cables and body double. The hard-work clearly pays off and it is pleasure to watch the deadly stunts. The actor gives good one-liners with serious tone of his voice. He should probably work on his looks to have conventional hero attitude. Kirti Sanon shows ample promises and should go a long way. Overall , if you are longing for some great action moves, Heropanti is a one-time watch. Otherwise , you might want to skip it. Average 2.5/5https://www.facebook.com/FilmyChowk

Chaudhary (Prakash raj) is a respectable elder in a town and his elder daughter (sandeepa) puts him in embarrassment as she elopes with her lover just minutes before marriage. Chaudhary sends his men to track the man who took his daughter and in this process they catch hold of Bablu (tiger shroff). Meanwhile, Bablu falls for Dippy (kriti), Chaudhary's younger daughter. What happens from there forms the rest. The director has come up with a predictable storyline and while the presentation was rich, the narrative was great. The dialogues were neat. The script was okay and the screenplay brought some great energy. The background score was melodious and three songs were worth watching. Cinematography was efficient and contributed strongly. Editing okay but was not good during the second half. Costumes were trendy and stylish while the art department was appealing. Tiger Shroff was excellent in dance and action sequences . Kriti Sanon is a stunning beauty with very expressive face, she has potential. Prakash Raj was perfect. Sandeepa Dhar was good, Vikram Singh was okay. Others didn't have much to do.The film is the remake of the Telugu hit movie Parugu and it must be said that few changes have been made to suit the taste of the north Indian audience. Also, the focus was more on action quotient than emotional quotient. The first half goes on a lighter mode with elements of romance, some comedy and action. The interval bang was superb and the second half had a good amount of drag before the climax. Overall, this film is a good enjoyable masala entertainer, with a hint of romance, action, and comedy. A decent entertainer.6.5/10
