The End is a skateboarding video by Birdhouse Skateboards. Some of the skaters incorporated a short story into their video parts. These stories include Rick McCrank looking for a job, Steve Berra being killed by an unknown attacker, Andrew Reynolds hanging out with a monkey, Heath Kirchart and Jeremy Klein's rampaging mayhem in the city and Bucky Lasek taking down Tony Hawk so that he can become the number one skateboarder.

This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.

It is interesting even when nothing much happens, which is for most of its 3-hour running time. Read full review

An excellent film, shot almost entirely in film stock, not in the traditional hi-8, or miniDV format native to skate videos. A definite must for fans of the riders. Steve Berra and Heath Kirchart, two of the best riders in the movie, interestingly enought, have now switched to Alien Workshop. Don't get the DVD, the sound is all doinky and remastered by idiots who obviously don't skate. They took all the ambience out and now it sounds really weird. Find an old copy, or one thats new, but un-remastered. It gets really annoying after a while. Still a sick video. Heath destroys the El Toro 20 in one trick. Unbeleivable.

This video is the best video that i noticed in 2000. It's got tons of great skating, fire, explosions, anarchy, and gold plated n64's! Definitely a must-see video if you are into skateboarding. Filming is simply amazing. I don't know what kind of camera they used but the finished product turned out suburb. Excellent soundtrack to go with it.
