A Disappointing Continuation

The movie really just wants to entertain people.

If you're considering for even one second, watching this movie, don't. Watch the trailer, (because it's pretty good and contains pretty much every half-decent bit of parkour the movie contains), and then save yourself the vomit and don't watch the actual movie. As a traceur, (freerunner, if you must), I was told to watch this film because it was such a travesty. I was informed correctly. The way it showcases freerunning is disgusting, we are not violent thugs. That aside, it was possibly the worst movie I have ever seen, the acting, voice-overs and plot were all worse than that of those $10-budget horror flicks, that are on at 1am and are only shown at all because they have nudity in them. I'm not overly surprised that Ryan Doyle, (Finch), was eager to put his face on this, but most real freerunners would hate this film and its message as much as everyone else obviously does. you know those movies that are so bad that they are hilarious, this one is not even funny for that reason, it actually makes one want to be sick. Freerun away from this movie, you cannot get your valuable time back!

Great stunts, and a good love story with Parkour backdrop. I wasn't even into parkour until this movie buzzed. Sean Faris is great and all those freerunner dudes are good too. The chick is smokin hot and i like the way it was directed--it feels like an international film almost, and has the look of it too. The director did a great job capturing a side of Cleveland, Ohio that no one had ever depicted. I'd love to see a sequel--it seems like more was to come. The story afterward would be awesome. There were some real badasses in this flick, and I hope they break into more domestic films. Even though it was filmed here in the states, a lot of the cast are big overseas and here--the newcomers have a great future.

These reviews are awesome, almost as entertaining as the movie! And you know what - they're right! This movie blows!! Me away!! You have to see it to believe it and I'm telling you, you won't be sorry. It's so entertaining even if it's not intentional. It's everything the cruddy reviews say and more and I love it!! I want to host my my own Mystery Science Theater 3000 in my backyard with this movie, and have people shout out the ridiculous dialogue not to mention the psychotic accents from where is the lead girl from!!!?? Russia? Israel? Borneo?? So these explosive collars by the way, where did they get these at PetCo? And the explosions and the Texan rich dude with the George W. accent "their heads look like exploding watermelons". Or when the blonde flashes her ta-tas at the soon to be dead freerunners: "these are the last ones you'll ever see" and the nerd freerunner goes: "and the first!" Come on people that's so bad it's good. And the action is pretty non-stop after the snooze fest but still hilarious opening. And the freerunning is, well it's not good, but then it sort of is, but filmed horribly! These guys tried to make 2 million dollars look like 100 million and they made it look like 2 dollars. Still, I don't care - I seriously love this movie!! 8 stars. What can I say, I was pretty drunk when I saw this, maybe that helped.

I was annoyed and bored at the beginning...the opening sequence was long and boring...then the first race happens and I almost fell asleep if it wasn't for the atrocious cinematography I would have...the shaking of the camera was the only thing that kept me awake but it also had the chance of being nauseating so I had to turn away a couple times due to it just hurting my eyes and being god awful camera work.In the middle of the race I hear something that sounds like god awful acting...I was actually expecting a documentary movie rather than an action-less movie.Once the terrible fight sequences started I went "ahh it's just a sh*t movie"...I watched to the end of the first race and I couldn't watch anymore after seeing all of the bad acting, writing and cliché garbage dialog.So I stopped watching I think about 10-15 minutes in...this movie makes vomit appealing!
