The crew have now set off to finish what as left over from Jackass 2.0, and in this version they have Wee Man use a 'pee' gun on themselves, having a mini motor bike fracas in the grocery mall, a sperm test, a portly crew member disguised as King Kong, as well as include three episodes of their hilarious adventures in India.

Self-important, over-dramatic, uninspired.

This is leftover from Jackass Number Two. Preston Lacy as King Kong on port-a-potties looks great and imaginative. I wish they put cameras on the planes to get more of an action sequence. The guys also sometimes comment after the stunts which give it a behind-the-scene feel. The stunts are all Jackass style. For fans of Johnny Knoxville and the boys, this is right up their backdoor alley. For me, it gets a bit repetitive and the guys explaining their scenes is not that compelling. I think some have suggested this would be better as a DVD extra. This is more like enough material for a half of a Jackass movie. The cannibalistic Indian tribe is kind of interesting but these guys are not the ones to try to explain their society.

People have been raving about how they hate this film so much and it should have been a contemporary disc but i honestly don't think it's that bad it's probably the worst in the series but that is not saying much. It's very sexually explicit it is probably deserving of the R rating in Canada but otherwise i liked it, but regarding everything i just said it's probably;y more of a rent movie. Some of the scenes really shock you like bam showing his d**k and johny likewise it makes you not like them as much as you did with the others but the rest don't surprise you, and this film is like all about bam he is in like every one of the sketches so if you not a big bam fan this isn't film for you but it's OK 7/10

There is nothing to this film except a bunch of stunts that wern't good enough to go into jackass 2. I honestly think that there were no more than 2 stunts that managed to make me laugh in any way. I was such a big fan of the original series and first 2 movies but this was truly a waste of time. In all honesty I would have been disappointed watching this as a bonus disc to go with the second movie. What stunts there are seem outdated and no way near on a par with the much funnier dirty sanchez boys who still seem able to push boundaries. All this seemed like was a group of guys truly milking the jackass franchise in a feeble attempt to resurrect their wiltering careers. Even Knoxville seemed to have sold himself out.

If Jackass 2.5 serves as proof of anything (and that's a stretch) it's that some folks will go to any length to try and squeeze cash out of the movie going – or in this case, DVD buying/renting – public. On second thought, 2.5 also stands as proof that the Jackass "franchise" has one foot in the grave and the other teetering dangerously on the precipice. The original Jackass movie was an agglomeration of skits and stunts culled from the MTV television series, some of which were too ripe for even cable TV, mixed with new material, to form an unevenly funny broth consisting of outrageous stunts and pranks.Jackass Number Two tried to push the envelope even further, mixing some gut churningly gross material into an already uneven mix. The end result was a product that alternated between the hilarious and repulsive. The straight-to-DVD Jackass 2.5, sadly, is little more than a collection of material shot during the production of Number Two that didn't make the cut, and it shows. Essentially this release is nothing more than a glorified supplemental disc that should have been packaged with the sequel, but that wouldn't have generated anywhere near the same amount of revenue that releasing it on its own would, hence the existence of 2.5.The fact that there's virtually nothing funny in 2.5, as compared to the previous two releases, seems of little concern to the folks behind this film. The only surprise is that the DVD didn't come with a narration track that consisted of Knoxville and crew laughing their guts out while repeating the mantra "you paid money for this, SUCKER!" If you enjoyed either of the previous two Jackass films, you should definitely give this one a pass. If you loathed them, then move along, there's really nothing to see here.
