Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the Thirteenth (2000)
In this horror parody, a masked serial killer menaces the town of Bulimia Falls with various sharp objects. Attention-seeking television personality Hagitha Utslay is soon on the scene, reporting on the ever-growing body count. Former mall security guard Doughy shows up to protect the teenage population, but he's clearly not much help, allowing the murderer to pick off even more hapless kids as numerous scary movies are referenced.

To me, this movie is perfection.
This film is so real. It treats its characters with so much care and sensitivity.
True to its essence, the characters remain on the same line and manage to entertain the viewer, each highlighting their own distinctive qualities or touches.
.Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.
Horrible acting, didn't laugh out loud once. Jokes were just awful. The whole movie is very cringey
If I knew this movie would be that metalinguistic, I wouldn't even bother. I know that "Scream" and "Scary Movie" are a little bit of this, but not that much. "Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the Thirteenth" has some few funny scenes through its 86 minutes, which are: the running in circles, the origin of Scream's mask and some other stuff. What annoys the most are the repeatedly scenes about "I know what you did last summer"; they show this scene around seven times in a row, tiring and bothering the spectator. Morealso, the film is poorly written and directed, you need to be either drunk or in a very good mood to enjoy this. See "Scary Movie" instead, or see this to compare the versions and decide which one you prefer (I sadly don't know anyone who preferred this one).
"Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the Thirteenth", though vulgar in spots, offered small enough doses of vulgarity that they did not stop the humor from coming through. The "Scream" mask used by the villain of the piece was funny in context and the repeated scene where the teenagers vow "this NEVER happened" left me in a helpless state of laughter. The film does everything that a good parody should.I have not even seen most of the (mostly dreadful) pictures this film lampoons, and now I don't have to because I now know all their clichés! It is almost as good as what Mel Brooks would have done if he directed a send up of the slasher genre.
I watched this movie for the first time two days ago with friends, and there was a generally consensus that this movie SUCKED. This is honestly one of the worsts movies I have ever seen in my life. I know that it is THE worst PARODY movie I have ever seen. It basically has the same spoofs as Scary Movie, but it's not even half as funny. There is a different between gross out comedy and just plain gross. This movie was the latter. I did not laugh ONCE throughout the entire movie, and if I did, it was only at that the sheer stupidity of the joke. I assume they only put this out on DVD when Scary Movie beat them to the punch and came out first, but I think they shouldn't even have bothered releasing this movie at all. The fact that a better funnier movie was already in theaters with such similar characters and plots should have told them to save themselves the embarrassment of trying to compete, even on video. Don't waste your time. 0/10.
