a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.

I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.

A lot of comparisons to First Blood. This is a more interesting film with great fight scenes. The hand to hand combat is well done. Del Toro is very good and believable.

Tommy Lee Jones saves a wild wolf from a snare and the wolf does not even snap at him. I let that go. The movie jumps from Tommy Lee Jones in snow covered British Columbia to him vomiting from a helicopter ride in a now full on summer (maybe early fall) in Oregon just an eight hour drive from his BC home. Maybe that is possible. I have never been to either place. I let that go. The last leg of the movie begins with an A-Team sequence in which both antagonist and protagonist construct their own knives. Maybe a stone knife could be made in short order, but a forged metal blade, really? Oh, the antagonist also made deadly hair trigger traps from logs, paracord, and vines (???) while you weren't looking, because forging a knife takes so little time and energy that he killed some time waiting for TLJ to chip his knife. I could not let these things slide. I can put aside my disbelief for drawn out fights and an older man running and jumping far past the point of heart attack, but not the A-Team in a serious movie. The Hunted was entertaining and maybe even a 7/10 until it plummeted over the ludicrous A-Team waterfall.

I recommend it for anybody who loves intense action movie fans! It is so phenomenal to see Benicio Del Toro go against Tommy Lee Jones in the end. I loved this whole movie from beginning to end! Whoever made this deserves to be more recognized! It is just so intense and awesome I would love to congratulate every single one of the cast members for this intense action thriller! As a matter of fact I never knew anything about this film until I got it at the library back in 2006 and I didn't know what to expect. My Gosh though when I saw it I thought it was going to be a boring drama but it literally blew me out of my shoes. As soon as I finished watching it I thought I have to have this movie! Sure enough I bought and it couldn't stop watching it over and over to this day. I give it a solid 10 out of 10! Everything was perfect!

This movie must of been written by 12 year boys for 12 year old boys. That's the only audience that could possibly believe this crock. One ridiculous scene after another. The wolf scene in the beginning of the movie was ignorant at best. This is the kind of irresponsible filmmaking that gets people in trouble in nature. The knife making scenes were unbelievable. Huge plot holes in the story and very predictable. Poor continuity during many of the scenes throughout the film. I just had to go out of my way to post a review on this movie so people won't waste their money. I can't believe Tommy Lee Jones stooped so low. What a Ho!
