Stylish but barely mediocre overall
One of my all time favorites.
Gripping story with well-crafted characters
While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.
Director: Seth MacFarlane Screenplay: Seth MacFarlane, Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild Cat: Seth MacFarlane, Charlize Theron, Amanda Seyfried, Neil Patrick Harris and Giovanni Ribisi Plot: In 1882 a sheep hearder loses his girlfriend to the local mustache guy and tries to win her back. Review: I hated this movie because it can't decide if it wants to be a modern update of Blazing Saddles or Seth MacFarlane does the wild west, either way this was a horrible movie. The direction and screenplay are horrible. The casting and acting are absolutely horrible. All in all I would give this zero out of a possible five stars.
This is just a comedy, which is filled with jokes. The humor is dumb, but it is more or less funny. Charlize Theron is beutiful. The story is ok. This movie is just for a relaxed evening, but it does have a lot of dirty humor and deaths.
One of the worst films I have ever seen. I find it amazing how highly rated this is and what good reviews people have given it. Not a laugh from me. Aimed at 10 year old kids. The dialogue in particular had the same quality as the stuff that ended up in someone's hat. It was DULL and mushy if you take out the swearing. I mean, swearing just does not turn boring drivel into comedy, even if it does make you laugh.
This is a very funny movie, even at the very first few minutes. The jokes are mostly spontaneous and really deliver most of the time. Had a lot of chuckles and lols throughout the whole movie. It also has a good story and a happy ending. 10 out of 10 from me, very entertaining ! :D
